Project Scope
The project consists of structurally retrofitting a 1.88 MG (100 ft diameter, 32 ft tall) welded steel potable water tank including installation of a supplemental ring wall foundation, micropiles, tank anchorage, roof/column/shell strengthening, additional roof vents, complete interior relining, exterior recoating of only newly installed work, among other appurtenance work as identified in the bid schedule. Work Location
The project is located at the northwest corner of the Skyline Blvd / Sharp Park Rd intersection in the City of Pacifica, County of San Mateo, California. The work will be done for the Westborough Water District.

Proposals
Sealed PROPOSALS for the Skyline Tank No. 3 Structural Retrofit whether mailed or personally delivered, must be received by the Westborough Water District (WWD) staff by 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the District's administrative offices located at 2263 Westborough Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080. PROPOSALS will then be publicly opened and read aloud at the administrative offices.
PROPOSALS received after 2:00 p.m. will not be accepted. PROPOSALS will not be accepted if they are delivered by fax, telephone or other electronic means. Bidders dropping a PROPOSAL in the District's mail slot are advised to confirm receipt by District staff via email. BIDDER can contact Brandon Laurie, P.E., at (925) 224-7717 with any questions.
